WHAT WE EXPECT

5+ years experience in the HR field, preferably in the IT industry
Proven working experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in the HR field
Experience in technical recruitment
Hands-on experience in the complete talent management cycle
Excellent interpersonal skills
Friendly and approachable personality
A self-driven leader, go-getter, out of the box thinker
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
Educational background in Human Resources Management or a related field

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive employee engagement and elevate our already excellent employee experience
Be an ambassador for our culture where every Rootcoder is valued and motivated to grow to reach their full potential
Lead and coach the People & Culture (HR) team
Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Take the ownership of the complete talent management cycle
Drive university engagement and employer branding
