WHAT WE EXPECT
  • 5+ years experience in the HR field, preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven working experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in the HR field
  • Experience in technical recruitment
  • Hands-on experience in the complete talent management cycle
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • A self-driven leader, go-getter, out of the box thinker
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
  • Educational background in Human Resources Management or a related field
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive employee engagement and elevate our already excellent employee experience
  • Be an ambassador for our culture where every Rootcoder is valued and motivated to grow to reach their full potential
  • Lead and coach the People & Culture (HR) team
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Take the ownership of the complete talent management cycle
  • Drive university engagement and employer branding
