Project Manager

WHAT WE EXPECT

Bachelor's degree/masters in Computer Science or a related field
2-4 years industry experience in a similar capacity
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
Experience in working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork mentality
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Hands-on coding experience would be an added advantage
PMI – ACP, CSM certification will be an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand project deliverables and clearly define the scope of the project
Provide the team with direction and set the right expectations
Carryout project duration and effort estimations
Strategically plan team structure and staffing needs
Schedule activities and tasks and delegate effectively
Identify the unanticipated risks that may occur during the project and take risk reduction actions to cope up with the risks
Effectively liaise with clients, the team and other stakeholders
Guide and mentor team members
