Product Manager

WHAT WE EXPECT
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software product management, project management, or business analysis
  • Holding a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues
  • Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
  • Prioritize and define roadmap based on customer scenarios
  • Work with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders including finance to deliver business-specific value

  • Enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
  • Proven history of converting learnings from customer insights into tangible product features that customers love
  • Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take ownership of the product and do necessary initiatives with the help of other teams such as design, development and other support teams
  • Define product strategies and translate them into detailed requirements
  • Execute all the product life cycle processes for products
  • Gathering product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends
  • Documenting findings and wireframing them for a visual demonstration
  • Analyzing consumer research data and recording product defects
  • Determining improvements to product features
  • Coordinating findings with the product team and aligning it with business goals
  • Creating product roadmaps with sufficient data and market trends
  • Perform quality assurance controls on products
  • Preparing project status and risk management reports
  • Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure proper positioning of the products
  • Training internal departments on new product features and providing support to customers
  • Developing efficient customer communication and feedback channels
