Considering all the above challenges that arise to advertise every product available on the site at that scale on that many keywords without writing thousands of individual ads, Our website uses “Dynamic Keyword Insertion (DKI) to make the keyword you are searching for magically appear inside the headline and description of the ad with a templated ad in any search engine search results. We do this by using the AdWords API to programmatically generate unique landing page URLs based on a keyword you search on the search engine such as Google. This solution allows the page to rank to the top as well as get enough attention and traffic through searches. This has raised the visibility and number of  visitors to the page in a dramatic way.

This application can help millions of users to find a property that matches their budget and a place to live as they desire. And also a profitable platform for those who are selling their property. The application allows the available properties to be displayed as a pin in the Google maps for ease of location. All this makes it possible for the interested users to narrow down their search for properties.
One of the interesting features of this app is Augmented Reality takes the users through a virtual tour of the properties over the iPhone screen (exclusively made available for IOS only) With the integration of the Machine learning the application also allows users to predict the value of the property and then help users decide on the price at which they can sell the property. Also as the users are registered with it is easier for the seller to reach the customer and also target them.


We developed a cross platform hybrid mobile app that is compatible across multiple devices and platforms viz. Android, iOS & Windows phones and tablets with a complex yet efficient system architecture. The application was also upgraded to make it responsive for better interface on mobile devices and smaller display screens.

Our intelligent application uses Advanced Machine learning in order to predict the price of a property. Users are then able to compare the price predicted by our system and their own price and then choose which one to publish. This application uses a wide variety of public-record data— including tax assessments, sales transactions, images of homes, MLS listing data, and other information provided by homeowners—as inputs to its price estimation algorithm.

Our client required a platform that enabled them to lend microloans to freelancers, as it’s predicted that a fair percentage of Millennials will no longer be in an office job, instead choosing the life of a freelancer. With the world taking by storm with digital transformation and the rise in millennials, a demand for such a system is expected to be very high.. Thereby, a lending system needed to be developed to freelancers, and medium scaled borrowers with the minimal information, but making sure the loan is processed within a few minutes while making sure the information is authentic such as their existence, financial background, spending habits etc. The information is then processed and displayed to the admin to either approve or reject the loan within a short time.

This application sounds simple but this is just the tip of the iceberg. What is hidden is the complexity and the technical challenges in determining the payback ability by calculating the credit score and checking the eligibility of the customer through financial, behavioural and social scoring of the customer within seconds.

The client required us to develop this application so they could target freelance marketplace, so they are able to provide loans to borrowers with the minimal time taken to process, verify and issue loans while reducing the average time taken by a financial institution to make a credit decision from 3-7 days, reduce the hassle of going through lengthy paperwork and visiting banks.

This application acts as a platform incorporating behavioral science and empowering individuals to grant micro-loans to credible freelancers with a higher credit score and less risk in the developing world through a rigorous verification process of calculating the credit score, make a credit decision easily, improve timely payments, lower default rates, and improve the overall customer relationship. The use of artificial intelligence allows for instant decisions regarding the loan application, determination of loan terms, and quick distribution of funds.
The application analyses the source of income, personal details, spending habits, previous credit history records and social media behaviour in order to decide the credit score. The factors are identified using advanced machine learning and integration of trusted third party tools in order to predict an accurate credit score. The loans are issued after reviewing the credit score.

We had to come up with a web application which would act as a platform for trading these bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies. This was one of the challenging projects we have worked on as we had to make sure every code we write and all those outputs meets the international compliances and security standards.

Our primary challenge was to explain a new and unconventional technology in a way that was universally understandable. This meant focusing heavily on the value and convenience of Cryptocurrency while dropping the technical jargon that often scares away new adopters. But now in the recent past this trend of cryptocurrency has been changing. It is said that 42 percent of the world’s top 50 universities now offer at least one course on cryptocurrency or blockchain realizing the upwards shift trend.We had to also make sure our web application met with the international standards and compliances.

Apart from the security we had to make sure the database is flexible as each time new products (Ex: Ethereum, Bitcoin cash, Litecoin) are added, There we had to go with a database like MongoDB which is a flexible document data model that allows the team to quickly update existing data structures as necessary.

Aphelia is an AI based resume parser which can extract unstructured data from resumes and present them in a more structured format. The potential of using AI in the recruiting process is best for large companies and could radically alter the hiring process.

According to Glassdoor, on average, a corporate job offer attracts nearly 200 resumes, and of course, by the norm, it will be a human recruiter who has to go through all of the received 200 resumes. Many existing HRM systems do not compose a component for resume parsing extraction because getting structured data from an unstructured text is not an easy task. Most resume parsing and extraction products available in the market use rule-based or Named Entity Recognition techniques to extract and identify particular words that correspond to the attributes of the candidate. The problem with rule-based methods such as using regular expressions is that these rules aren’t flexible enough to cover all possible resume formats. In named entity recognition (NER) based resume parsers, only words can be categorized, which wouldn’t work in the case of resumes because, in resumes, different attributes are of different structures.

Aphelia is an AI-based, smart resume parsing tool that can save the hassle of going through individual resumes and interpreting information for recruitment professionals. It can extract necessary information from unstructured resumes and present the data in a more readable and structured format. In addition, the data output by Aphelia can be used to rank candidates depending on how much the extracted attribute of each candidate matches the requirement provided by the recruiter. As Aphelia is an API based tool, it can be easily used by enterprises to integrate their HRM systems, with Aphelia’s high-end resume parsing and extraction accuracy.

One of our middle eastern clients turned to Rootcode Labs to develop their official mobile application that could bridge the gap between the insurance companies and potential insurers. This gave an opportunity for the business to break away from the traditional insurance process and generate a list of quotations of the insurance companies based on the  requirements and the details provided by the user and get a comparison of the selected insurance companies.

Other vital features like chat options, viewing upcoming premiums, rapid notifications and live updates, security features such as standardized SSL connections, user authentications and secured payment gateways were included in the application as per clients’ requirements.

To overcome the challenges, the team conducted market research and communicated with the client to obtain information about the culture and principles, to create an application that makes the user feel satisfied and comfortable.  Our team conducted customer profiling techniques collaboratively to create a portrait of our target customers and their ways of interactions with mobile applications.  
Moreover, the team analyzed the user requirements, to develop a single window for over 2 million potential clients, allowing them to not only compare the insurance premiums but to also purchase an insurance package in a less redundant, efficient and secure manner.

Trakee was introduced as a product which serves as an online platform for SME businesses to enable operational transparency with regards to customer orders, so that customers can appreciate and understand the value and effort which goes into obtaining services. The founder of Trakee, understood the pain point behind businesses that adopt no operational transparency. When people wish to obtain any kind of service, there is a certain waiting time for the service to be processed and it is a known fact that people hate to wait. So the Trakee team wanted to find a way to notify people about the status of their service orders. Whether you give a suit to the dry cleaners, or order a pizza, a bit of waiting time is needed to get the task done. It also gets frustrating if there is a delay. Delays mostly likely occur due to external, uncontrollable factors such as weather and accidents or simply due to lack of organization. The team also realized that if businesses had a system in place to inform customers about any predicted delays, customers are more likely to be understanding and patient.

Online order management & customer communication tool 

Based on a study from Harvard Business School, customers were more likely to be patient when they are updated with the work that goes behind the scenes and are provided with reasons for the waiting time and delay. So if companies update their customers about the status of their order, they will be more likely to wait and value the service more. But why don’t most businesses update their customers? It’s because the manual effort of managing a large amount of orders is complicated and exhausting. It is difficult to update customers and manage their orders at the same time because most businesses don't have the proper resources, systems and technology to communicate with customers effectively. Once the team conducted our market research, they recognized that businesses wanted to provide a way to bring forward operational and location transparency for their products and services while seeking strategies to increase sales.

They also trusted that these companies had more expertise and were more thorough when it came to providing services. Moreover, employees got more job satisfaction and were motivated to put in more effort when they recognized that their work is made transparent. Trakee also gives the opportunity for businesses to send digital invoices to customers. In comparison to paper invoices, these digital invoices decrease paper waste and help in reducing the carbon footprint. It is also easy for customers to keep track of digital invoices which means businesses are likely to get paid quickly and the errors of sending wrong invoices are minimized. 

After taking into account the challenges faced, Trakee Management was developed, a SAAS product that helps service-based SME businesses to enhance their operational and location transparency to build a better customer experience. Trakee is an incubated product from Rootcode Labs, where Rootcode assisted in accelerating the creation of this product, and thereby helped streamline the workflow of companies and digitize their customer interactions and experience. 

Trakee is an order management and customer communication tool for SME businesses where businesses can add and manage their orders and update the customers about the order status through an SMS. Customers are updated about their order statuses such as location of the order in real-time along with the notification of any delays which enhances customer satisfaction.  Companies are also provided with the opportunity to integrate Trakee to their existing systems or use any new systems with Trakee. Be it project and task management systems, POS and CRM systems or appointment management systems. More of Trakee’s features include the ability to send digital invoices to customers and the opportunity to receive feedback and reviews from customers.

Tula Labs, a part of the Procme group, is one of our standing-out clients whose key areas of expertise are manufacturing electronics, robotics and software solutions for smart cities, mobility and telecommunications in Portugal. Apart from that, Industrial monitoring, Artificial vision, product development and infrastructure services are also some of the other services they specialize in. 


As the client discussed the functional specification with us, it was understood that they wanted a sophisticated web application that allows the client to integrate with their existing systems, so we had to make sure we were familiar with some of their processes. We also needed to ensure that the Tula Labs’ cards or any generic card is seamlessly syncing across their existing platforms, which enables the user to monitor real-time activity. We also had to consider the localization of the system being unique to each enterprise customer who uses this system, their brand had to be reflected throughout the system. This includes handling multiple languages and the translation throughout the system. So the system was ready to hit the international market with ease of use. The CI/CD pipeline was strictly defined and set to test regressions and check functionality automatically when deployment was done. We had to process and render graphs that had thousands of records and calculations done which would have a direct impact on the performance of the system. This also meant that we had to handle the real-time changes in data, for which the team integrated WebSockets.

We Built an effortlessly scalable,  centralized system that manages any number of EVC stations for either their employees or the public, helped our client to demonstrate the environmental commitment and support towards brand value. We also enabled our client to provide their end customers with convenience in terms of availability, pricing plans and real-time monitoring and helped our client export data directly from the website in order to compare and track energy consumption, transactions, revenue, and overall usage. Furthermore, we gave our clients the autonomy of editing certain information according to their choice. E.g. Billing plans, EVC station access, Generic cards, or Tula cards linked to the EVC’s)

 


We built a fully functional Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) management platform for Tula Labs available in a static website hosting provider where the content will be obtained using the REST APIs and WebSocket connections to the back-end. 
Any user of the system is required to sign up by updating their location, billing plans, and their unique generic ID or TULA card. Upon logging in, the dashboard represents the main page of the application where the client has access to useful information and helps to navigate through. The graphs graphically represent information such as: Energy consumption per day, Overall revenues per day, Number of transactions per day, Usage percentage. 
Using this platform, our client can allow its end users to register new EVCs, manage who has access to each EVC and which Near Field Communication (NFC) tags are associated with each person. For instance, Tula can issue new NFC cards to their employees or configure office ID’s and directly link them to the EVC station. This way our client benefits from automating the entire process manually assigning or allocating an EVC station for a certain staff member. Now that they have eliminated a lot of time-consuming stages, they can also monitor and track who is using which EVC station in real-time.
